Instructions

Combine Angostura bitters, cold brew concentrate, rich Demerara syrup, and a whole egg in a shaker. Shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a glass. Garnish with grated coffee bean.

Notes

This cocktail is rich, bold, smooth, and delicious. It can also be made with espresso instead of cold brew concentrate.
