Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Garnish with Curacao Foam and a parasol.

Notes

Foam: 2 oz Blue Curacao 1 oz Lemon Juice, 3 oz Butterfly Pea Flower Tea, 2 Egg Whites. Add all ingredients to a isi whipper and charge with two n2o canisters. Shake after each charge and place in fridge for 30 minutes.
