Instructions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and short stir. Strain into a rocks glass over a large clear cube. Express an orange peel and garnish with a twist.

Notes

One of my favorite cocktails friends created this drink last week and when I saw the spec I knew I’d have to make it. I had to use a lot of subs to get there (anything in parenthesis is my sub for the original ingredient) but I think I got the flavor profile really close. This was super tasty, funk banana with the Fernet right underneath, all of it coming together as a sweet but delicious old fashioned riff. Follow me on Instagram @cocktail.complex
