Instructions

Shake everything together with ice, then strain into a brandy snifter filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a paper crane.

Notes

This cocktail is a mashup of a paper plane and a jungle bird. It has a nice balance of bitterness from the amaro, citrus, and pineapple flavors. Adding a paper crane as a garnish adds a fun touch to the drink.
