Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled glass.

Notes

This cocktail - a riff on the classic Bee’s Knees - incorporates soft piney gin, a wildflower honey syrup, herbal liqueur and some sharp lavender bitters. All are infused with high quality, food grade beeswax to create a deeply complex and surprisingly creamy mix. Once shaken with a measure of fresh lemon juice, these flavours come to life, resulting in a bright, balanced and alive cocktail; the same qualities characterising a bumbling beehive.
