Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake until chilled and strain into a lowball glass with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint.

Notes

The Artichoke Hold was created by Jeremy Oertel in 2019 for Donna Bar in Brooklyn. It's a riff on another one of his recipes, a Bitter Mai Tai. The name is a play on words in regards to Cynar's main ingredient, artichokes.
