Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together and serve in a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig, maraschino Cherry and lime wedge.

Notes

Nothing too wild; a riff on several different tiki drinks made for my wife. The nice thing about it is that you can make it as tart or sweet as you like by adjusting the lime and coconut.
