Instructions

Combine all ingredients except seltzer in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with seltzer and garnish with a Collins spear and lemon wheel.

Notes

Original cocktail with white port as a fun ingredient. White port has pear/apple notes and a floral character that pairs well with Salers and cardamom.
