Instructions

Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled glass over a large ice cube.

Notes

This drink is a cool Cynar version of my favorite go-to cocktail, the boulevardier. The addition of the elderflower bumps up the sweetness of the drink so if that’s something you don't want, consider using a less-sweet vermouth. Originally, I used Cocchi and it was almost too sweet to finish, the Dolin was much more my speed…well that and the BIB bourbon and Cynar 70.
